The SBU Is Preparing Provocations Against the Ukrainian Eurorevolution

The SBU leadership is planning provocations against Euromaidan participants and is involving specialists from Russia’s FSB in these special operations. This was stated by Batkivshchyna deputy Hennadiy Moskal, citing information from reliable sources. “All the attacks carried out by law enforcement agencies have not been successful, so at the invitation of SBU head Yakymenko, a number of FSB consultants specializing in dispersing protest rallies and demonstrations have arrived from Russia… And a scenario has been devised: how to neutralize the Maidan,” he said. According to the people’s deputy, it concerns modern special means — gas in aerosol cans, “which provocateurs hired by the authorities and law enforcement officers will spray at the Euromaidan, in the Trade Unions Building, the October Palace, and the premises of the Kyiv City State Administration.” According to Moskal, “this gas causes general malaise, dizziness, and a person affected by this gas will actually be deprived of the ‘ability to actively resist, will be virtually paralyzed’ before the attack by security forces.” “Doctors will later write all this off as an acute respiratory infection or some flu epidemic,” the deputy said. Moskal also stated that the authorities are preparing provocations against some well-known journalists, public figures, as well as people’s deputies from the Party of Regions — Shufrych, Lukyanov, and Tsariov. According to him, it concerns a list of twenty individuals. The opposition member does not rule out that these individuals could have their cars or doors set on fire, and the responsibility would then be placed on Euromaidan participants. The people’s deputy stressed that this data is reliable and deserves attention. Moskal emphasized that this information was obtained from the security agencies and made public so that the authorities would understand that their special operations and provocations are not a secret for the opposition. “I am not trying to intimidate anyone. I am speaking to inform that we know about these plans and we know who is doing this and where these consultants are located,” he stressed.
