Religious 'refugees' have once again 'become famous' throughout the world! Investigative verdict: Nikolay Lazukin killed his wife and three daughters, Devin Matlock, set the house on fire and shot himself

Police have concluded the investigation of the high-profile murder of the Lazukin family.
The gist of what happened:
Nikolai Lazukin, a resident of Salem, Oregon, beat to death with a baseball bat a random passerby—an American—after picking up a young woman (likely a prostitute) near a motel at 2:30 a.m., asking her for cocaine, and proposing they go to Hawaii or Mexico together. Afterwards, he killed his wife and three young daughters (one was a newborn). He then drove 83 miles south and shot himself in his Jeep Cherokee, officials from the Marion County District Attorney’s Office reported. Salem, the capital of Oregon, is in Marion County. On Monday, September 10, 2012, investigators for the first time linked Nikolai Lazukin to the murder of a man on a street in Salem that same night.

Nikolai Lazukin was a member of a Pentecostal church—pastored by Vyacheslav Boynetsky in Salem, Oregon. The church belongs to an entity—the so-called “brotherhood.” It is led by individuals notoriously known for their unscrupulousness, previously implicated in collaboration (snitching) with Soviet secret services, and now—religious mafiosos in the USA: Adam Bondaruk, Vasily Vakulsky, Petr Saenko, and Nikolai Kotyakov.

First, on the morning of May 22, 2012, Nikolai Lazukin beat to death 21-year-old Devin Matlock with a baseball bat. His body was found off the roadside near the Lazukins’ home. Detectives reported that Matlock was killed while on his way home after having dinner and watching a movie at friends’ place.

Police believe that Lazukin and Matlock did not know each other, and Matlock did not know the Lazukin family.

Later, 27-year-old Nikolai Lazukin killed his wife and three daughters on May 22, 2012. After that, he set fire to his house where his family’s bodies were, and in Cottage Grove, he shot himself.

An autopsy later revealed that Lazukin was sober that night.

Police interviewed more than 100 people. One of them was 27-year-old Christina Lowy, who was spotted on surveillance footage that Lazukin “picked up” at the Super 8 motel at 2:30 a.m. on May 22. This was before Nikolai Lazukin set fire to his house with his murdered family inside.

Lowy agreed to cooperate with the investigation. A polygraph test showed she was telling the truth.

As Christina Lowy was walking through the motel parking lot, Nikolai called out to her from his Jeep to get her attention. Christina and Nikolai had never met before. Nikolai agreed to give her a ride when she asked. He told her he lived with his ex-wife and three children and was looking for cocaine. Nikolai asked Christina if she wanted to go with him to Hawaii or Mexico. They drove together to Nikolai Lazukin’s house, where Christina waited in the car while Nikolai went inside to get money. When he got out of the car, he took from the glove compartment what Christina thought could have been gun magazines.
When he returned to the car, he asked Christina if she had heard his row with his ex-wife. She said she hadn’t. Nikolai also asked if she would remember him if the police ever approached her. She said she would.
Nikolai drove her to a Walmart department store, practically behind which was his house, and gave her $25 to buy a mobile phone. Surveillance cameras recorded his Jeep there at 3:38 a.m. When Christina Lowy came out of the store, Nikolai Lazukin was no longer there—he had left at 4:06 a.m., abandoning her at the Walmart.

Later, Christina Lowy’s belongings, which she had left in Nikolai’s car, were found along Interstate 5 near the city of Cottage Grove.

After Lazukin and Lowy had gone to Walmart, firefighters received a call about the burning Lazukin house at around 5:30 a.m.

Inside, firefighters found the dead bodies. Two of the children were shot, and the infant suffocated. His wife, Natalya Lazukina, was also shot before the fire. Investigators found near one of the girls’ beds a loaf of bread with bullet holes in it, which they believe Nikolai used to muffle the sound of the shots.

Nikolai Lazukin sent a text message from his wife’s cellphone to her father, Vladimir But, that same morning before he shot himself: “Please forgive me. They took control of my body and did it. I BEGGED THEM NOT TO, BUT THEY DID. I so regret it. PLEASE GOD, FORGIVE ME. MY LAST BATTLE I LOST AT EXIT #174.”
Exit #174 is the exit off the interstate near the town of Cottage Grove, where Nikolai Lazukin was found shot dead in his Jeep Cherokee, with a gun next to his hand. Investigators say he committed suicide. The investigation and autopsy revealed that he shot himself in the head. No signs of violent death were found on his body.

Police found a baseball bat in the back of Lazukin’s Jeep and Devin Matlock’s blood on it. Dr. Larry Newman of the Oregon Medical Examiner’s Office testified that Devin died of blunt-force head trauma, and had a broken nose, jaw, and skull. Nikolai Lazukin also stomped on Devin Matlock’s face with his shoe.

Devin Matlock was in the wrong place at the wrong time when he crossed paths with Nikolai Lazukin, who beat him with a bat and stomped on his face.

Devin Matlock’s mother, Colleen Matlock, said the hardest part was hearing what Lazukin did to her son. She said, “To me it’s not fair, because he was a big coward. If he was half a man, he would have stood up for what he did and not killed himself. I will never forgive any of it.”

The family set up a memorial at the site of Devin’s death, not far from the Lazukins’ home. Colleen Matlock has not been there to this day.

Relatives’ Radio Appearance

On May 31, 2012, a live broadcast on Portland Christian radio featured a conversation with relatives of Nikolai and Natalia Lazukin. Natalia’s father, Vladimir But, declined to say much about it on the radio, but said that if church pastors took an interest in families’ problems, such tragedies would not happen. He also said that he had seen Nikolai and Natalia a week before the tragedy. During his visit, the Lazukins were withdrawn and agitated and refused to discuss anything that had happened to them. The program discussed that Nikolai did not maintain warm relations with Natalia’s family, owned a pistol, gambled at casinos and lost large sums, and owed some money. The Lazukin family came to church occasionally on Sundays. When Nikolai was discussed, his father protested vehemently. Nikolai’s relatives consider him innocent, asserting that a man who prays fervently cannot kill his family. They have prophecies.

Our (My) Commentary

Interesting! How artfully, in the style of Soviet propaganda, the Lazukin story has been distorted beyond decency, and is thus being stirred up by Slavic religious media in Oregon and Washington, and indeed across America, turning people against the “bloodthirsty,” “Masonic” Oregon police, who allegedly tore apart the Lazukin family and then blamed it all on Nikolai. At someone’s instigation, they organized a firm boycott of American media, not allowing TV or journalists to the funeral—as possible co‑conspirators in a plot against Oregon Christians.

Having served two prison terms and now in America, meeting in deportation jails with our “believing” criminal “refugees” under deportation, I have a fair understanding of these matters. First, one must understand the motive: Who needed to destroy the Lazukin family, and why? The police? But the local police are overseen by the prosecutor’s office, and also by the federal—the FBI. I’ll say directly: The whipped‑up hysteria about an alleged sabotage by American law enforcement against Ukrainian‑Russian emigrants in Oregon is an information sabotage with far‑reaching aims, orchestrated by “Secret Disciples” (read: “The KGB Comes with Us”). At best, it’s a diseased imagination.

And so: Could this be the work of the drug mafia? As someone suggested, it is said that Lazukin preached to drug dealers (and this despite his own drug use and rare church attendance), and so they decided to kill him. But again there is an inconsistency: Why would the police, prosecutors, and FBI cover for the mafia? This is not Russia or Ukraine! If the mafia killed once, they will continue killing. Therefore, the police are interested not in hiding the crime, but in finding the culprit as soon as possible.

And so: broken fingers, abrasions on Lazukin. Make no mistake—Devin Matlock did not give his life to Lazukin without resistance—without a fight. Likely, his wife also resisted, rather than standing calmly while he robbed the family—taking money from the house for an escapade with a prostitute from a motel. Perhaps Lazukin held a gun to his daughter to extort money from his wife.

At first, they spoke of Lazukin’s throat being cut (which turned out to be false) by the police(!?) or the mafia(!?), so why then was there shooting?

Here we see a clear manipulation of our community, aiming to push us into conflict with the authorities. Such a thing is only possible through the coordinated efforts of “secret disciples” of the special services, who lead unions and churches in America (just as they led them in the USSR). As a result of this sabotage, several hundred will decide to return to Ukraine and Russia—“at least the militia there won’t cut their throat or shoot them, like the Masons in America!” And the rest will distrust the police and American authorities and keep silent about the lawlessness perpetrated by “believing” criminal pastors, their favorites and relatives, thus preserving a Soviet reserve of arbitrary rule and lawlessness. That is what they ultimately want to achieve: to continue lawlessness with impunity, using God’s name, in our community in America.
