Yandex Covers Up Provocations by Special Services: 'Project Sinitsky' Is Marching Broadly on the Internet!
The well-known Services of Russia and, Ukraine(!) surprisingly promptly but, indecently openly reacted to my analytical publication of March 17, 2012 mentioning the names of well-known provocateurs: the provocateurs are — the former head of the party organization of the counterintelligence department of the KGB of the USSR Gudkov and, residing in Ukraine — the Zhytomyr provocateur and paid slanderer — yesterday’s robber and rapist, that is — a criminal, and today a “Protestant” slanderer-“exposer” Sinitsky! Yes! Yes! namely Sinitsky! (I mentioned him in passing there, noting a complete resemblance to the Moscow YouTube provocateur, and such a reaction(?) why would that be?). Some may exclaim: Well, you really go too far! Let me remind you: The publication concerned the blasphemous action of “Pussy Riot” in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow. But already on March 19, Monday morning (the working day began) my website was blocked on the Russian special services-controlled www.yandex.ru. and it was unblocked only today on the 25th, and most likely after they learned about this article – they don’t want to provide extra material — in support of my version!

Well, all right, Russia – Gudkov, that’s understandable! But why on the Ukrainian www.yandex.ua But! If only they had simply blocked it, but no! instead, all the slanderous creative “activity” of the “Alexander Sinitsky” project is collected and displayed on the first page. (And with this, the well-known Services made a blunder – they exposed their own). They quickly organized it this way: If someone wants to find out who Boris Perchatkin is, then through Yandex you are immediately, shamelessly and on the first page in the very first line, offered “information” prepared and replicated through the slander-creativity of provocateur Sinitsky. To convince yourself of this and see the difference, type into the Russia-uncontrolled www.google.com the search “Boris Perchatkin’s site” – the site was and remains on the first page. Also type into google “Pussy Riot Alexander Sinitsky Gudkov FSB” and my article on the site about the provocative outrage in the Church will immediately appear on the first page. Similarly, type it in Yandex, even now this information is not there, the article is blocked! And why? If only Gudkov on the Russian Yandex – it’s all clear! but why Sinitsky?
Who and why, and most importantly — from what sort of “top” was the instruction given to Yandex so that to this day the site perchatkin.org does not appear(?!) And the article remains blocked even now(?) The answer is simple — it is Those, or the one, who creates and manages the projects — the provocation “Alexander Sinitsky” in the Protestant milieu, and “Pussy Riot” and Gudkov in the Orthodox! This once again proves that my site is regularly monitored by the well-known Services, and I, my family, my associates, my activities — past and present, through the efforts — of these Services, via the slander-creative project “Alexander Sinitsky” are purposefully, with manic persistence, in the most cynical manner subjected to slander in a perverted form! To organize a search ban for the site perchatkin.com, and then for the article — such authority belongs only to a court or special services!

The chronology of the prompt blocking was as follows: In the afterword under the article, I noted the clonal resemblance of the Moscow “Orthodox” provocateur to the Zhytomyr “Protestant” provocateur Alex Sinitsky, both skillfully hide their wolfish nature behind religious symbols and “teachings”. (Looking at the Moscow provocateur, you would never say that he himself could convert the video to black-and-white (for that one needs special equipment and skill), which proves that the “protest” was not staged by him himself). A few hours later, all videos of the Moscow “Orthodox” provocateur were removed from YouTube, so as not to expose the more valuable, already clearly compromised — provocateur Sinitsky.
Provocation before persecution
Let us repeat, in brief, the classic definition of provocation, which I already expressed in the previous article, which received blocking sanctions — apparently I “hit the target”:
Every provocation has a specific and clearly set goal. So it has always been!
Emperor Nero, burned Christians to light his garden and fed them publicly to beasts
To expose someone or something, or to provoke something. A classic example:
In order to initiate persecution against the meek early Christians, it turned out that the enemies of Christianity — secret provocateurs from Emperor Nero himself(!) — brought a trusted representative of the Roman Emperor Nero to partake of the Lord’s Supper, but they brought him at the “right” moment, and the emperor’s representative heard with horror: “Drink, this is the blood of Christ! Eat, this is the body of Christ.” That’s it! Enough for a trial-persecution – these are “perverts” – who practice “cannibalism”! That’s all! Nero has nothing to do with it! He’s out of the picture! – his trusted man himself saw and heard everything, and he – the trusted one – identified and pointed out the sacred sacrifice! And then Nero’s own burning of Rome was just around the corner. Nero actively used this provocation, which he himself had orchestrated.
Furthermore. Provocations are carried out to gauge the mood in society, to stir up and get society talking, to mobilize and test the readiness of society to consent to certain actions or changes; for this purpose a provocation is made, and it determines – whether it is possible…, whether the time has come… – to appoint and present a sacred sacrifice. So now we must expect that a sacrifice will be identified and appointed. Rest assured, the sacrifice will not be the punk band “Pussy Riot,” who are already openly defended by “secret” sympathizers from among the ordinary “people.” Now, certain forces need to rock the situation and display a new barbarism, and the new barbarians are those who support adherents of Christian morality and culture – oh! how intolerant these religionists are! — it turns out that Christianity is actually wild and moss-backed! Inquisitorial, medieval intolerance toward the punk band Pussy Riot, and that is barbarism!
This situation is not new. Persecution in Soviet times was always preceded by provocation, both from outside and from within the church. Usually: publications in newspapers, television and radio broadcasts. One moment a “reformed” sectarian “confesses” before an atheist audience how he cheated on his wife at love feasts and how he personally! on the orders of the “ringleaders” tortured apostates from the sectarian faith. The next, some provocateur is dragged onto the radio to “speak” in an “other tongue” – to “prophesy” and strike terror into the common folk, with a far-reaching and transparent hint: – it’s better not to associate with sectarians, and if you meet a sectarian, just in case – hit first!

And then the conclusion: — look, what savage barbarians these sectarians are – they don’t let their children study, don’t read books or newspapers, hold “dove nights,” that is, orgies! sacrifice children!
They are tied to the Americans – cursed spies! Politicians, fanatics, and besides that – slanderers, anti-Soviet elements. And after that, that’s it! the ground is ready – arrest anyone, to the joy of the marginal mob. And they did arrest! regardless of age or large families. The mob will not only support but also join in. Remember the mob that shouted “Crucify Him! Crucify!”. Christ’s followers were persecuted and will be persecuted! There were and there are devil’s advocates – justifying godless authority and reviling our labor – for the Glory of the Lord! (Read the archives on the site) Only back then they not only beat and maimed, but also killed. And now they shamelessly, insidiously, tirelessly slander. Hoping, through moral persecution and oppression, to achieve physical elimination. Here you have the sacred sacrifice! We’ve already been through this!
One more interesting detail: In the USSR, I sought freedom of religion or an exodus – for this I was persecuted for almost fourteen years, five of which I served in prison – all the best years passed in struggle and deprivation (persecuted by the authorities and by my own), and this is not only physical suffering, but first of all nerves – everything on nerves! Here in America, they “thanked” me by blocking access to churches; this was done by those who persecuted in the past(?) (By the way, the provocateur Sinitsky appeals to them) These are: Bondaruk and Co., that is, Saenko, Lebed, the pervert “bishop” Kotyakov (real surname – Kotyak), Tachinsky, Kasyunyuk and others. Furthermore, in Russia and Ukraine they shut down the website, unbridled and total slander – they have reached the point (Sinitsky) where he is already turning me over to the KGB. Here you have the sacred sacrifice!
That is Neronovshchina in the past, that is Gaponovshchina yesterday, that is Sinichshchina today!
And provocateurs are always in demand; their “hard” work is like the executioner’s – not everyone is up to it; new tasks await them – “denunciations” and “exposés.”

The object, that is, the victim and material for a cynical “accuser” is selected tendentiously – with “inside knowledge” – for the clients and the boss. For example: Obvious religious wheeler-dealers such as Adam Bandoruk or Radchuk – you don’t need to look for material, it’s abundant even in the American press, but the “accuser” stubbornly ignores them(?): The affairs of “bishop” Bondaruk were printed more than once by the capital Californian newspaper “Sacramento Bee,” including articles about the Bondaruk mafia clan, or information for the BBC Russian Service – Sinitsky sees none of this. And the testimony about Slavik Radchuk’s work for the KGB is confirmed by two bishops: Grigory Vashchenko and Mykola Kunytsya, and the former chairman of the council of churches of the Ukrainian Evangelical Faith Christians Vasily Shilyuk — but this is not at all visible to Mr. “Accuser” Sinitsky. Instead, he appeals to them, which shows who he works for – his boss doesn’t allow him to touch his own. The order is for the undesirables – the uncontrollable ones, and who is undesirable to Sinitsky’s outfit?: Well, naturally it’s me, and for dozens of years now! It’s Jan Boshoff! And for the sake of appearances, since he’s very much in plain sight – independent of anyone – Andrey Shapovalov, Vasily Savich, Rick Renner, Alexey Ledyaev! Uncontrollable – Alexander Shevchenko, Gennady Mokhnkno, Maxim Maximov, Vladimir Muntyan and many others.
All these “denunciations” or simply criminal-style harassment he covers up with blasphemous, and in essence – God-blaspheming teachings, which he steals from the internet and retells in his own way.
Now a little history:
A couple of years ago, a crusty old criminal, a veteran snitch and an active provocateur “denunciator”—a certain Alex Sinitsky from Zhitomir—was infiltrated into the Protestant community. He is no more a freelancer than the punk band Pussy Riot; like Pussy Riot, he is a paid project! He is also guided by a sure hand of handlers, possibly the very same ones who run Pussy Riot, in order to find and designate a sacrificial victim within the Protestant community. Like the punk band Pussy Riot, he is deliberately insolent and slovenly. Having arrogated to himself the “rank of denunciator,” he plays the fool and openly blasphemes on YouTube. And as with the punk band Pussy Riot, he has admirers and fans (though not as many as a paid project requires) who, at his instigation, are ready to call a prisoner a KGB agent, to call self-sacrifice hypocrisy, and so on.
