A brotherly meeting took place, at which the question of the legality of the ordination of Adam Bondaruk in 1997 in Sacramento (California) to the episcopal ministry with the leading participation of the bishop of the UC CEF of Ukraine N. Kotyakov was raised.
In the course of the conversation, the following became clear:

N. Kotyakov was not sent for ordination by the Presiding Bishop and the Council of Bishops of the UC CEF
-
He arbitrarily assumed a leading role in the ordination of A. Bondaruk as bishop.
In connection with this, the following decision was made:

The bishops who signed this document unanimously censure the arbitrary actions of N. Kotyakov, as a bishop of an unregistered brotherhood, leading to temptation and disruption of fraternal relations between the ministers of CEF in emigration and the UC CEF.

The bishops of CEF of Germany and the UC CEF cannot recognize this ordination as lawful, performed on the basis of the Word of God for the building up of the Body of Christ.
