Andrey Shapovalov's Own God

· Analytics, Andrey Shapovalov, Video, Seattle, Charismatics

Testimony of Boris Perchatkin about the experience of visiting Shapovalov’s community in Seattle:

.

Everything that concerns the Pentecostal church is of interest to Boris Perchatkin. Boris Perchatkin had an academic interest in the assembly of Andrey Shapovalov. The phenomenon of the Transformation Center’s growth from 6 people to 400 in 2 years.

Shapovalov’s plans before the outflow of people in 2008 were to bring Seattle, Washington state, and then the entire Russian-speaking America into his center and bring the number in Washington state to 10,000 people.

Shapovalov, in Boris Perchatkin’s opinion, is a talented artist, an interpreter, who adapts for his community something from Ledyaev and successful American charismatics. He captures and retells others’ thoughts well.

The contingent of people in Shapovalov’s community consists of those thrown out of traditional churches or unsettled people. They are promised to solve their problems, which were not solved by pastors of traditional churches. He mocks the pressure to change in traditional churches.

People’s problems are muted or retouched. Shapovalov doesn’t care who “hooked up” with whom at night, who shot up or swallowed some “pill,” — “the main thing is that people came” to the meeting at the Transformation Center, “where the presence of the Spirit is.”

Problems are left by people outside the doors of the Transformation Center, and after the meeting the problems meet people again.

A person buys an indulgence from Shapovalov, paying with a credit card, or cash if available.

Some people really change through encounters. But then the problems (sins) return again. Then they are offered to go through a repeat encounter.

People are invited to come into the presence of God at the encounters. If a person truly entered the presence of God, his life would indeed change. But a person’s problems are muted and not solved. Then the person is again offered to go through repeated, refreshing and renewing encounters, where again and again one must enter the presence of God. And encounters are money…

There is, of course, no presence of God there.

They constantly change techniques. A person is constantly kept in tension. Encounters, music, racket, promises of a bank in heaven, angel feathers, blood on hands, diamond rain, casting out all kinds of demons from one another.

Shapovalov called actions of madness actions of the Holy Spirit. He explains that Satan stole the actions of madness from God.

Shapovalov has an unbiblical ministry of the “catcher,” who supports people falling backward.

Worship with hands, feet, music is not biblical worship, which is worship in spirit and in truth.

Serving God is not serving with the members of the human body.

A person’s service begins when a person lives his life in purity and holiness — when you go out of the church and the devil starts tempting you. That’s when a person’s service to God begins. But these parishioners of Shapovalov are deceived that their service to God is at Shapovalov’s gathering.

At Shapovalov’s, some fall on the floor because others might think badly of you. For others, falling backward is a sign of demonic possession.

In the Word, among the saints we only see falling prostrate, that is, on the face. But among the demon-possessed we see falling backward, onto the back.

At the last service attended by Boris Perchatkin, Shapovalov announced a service of the members: hands, feet, fingers. There, clearly demon-possessed people manifested themselves. Then many people left Shapovalov’s assembly.

The transition from traditional charismatic to a service of looseness in the body occurred under the influence of the pseudo-revival of miracles and signs of Todd Bentley in Lakeland, which ended with the ordination of Todd Bentley by “apostles” of charismatism and the announcement of Todd’s divorce from his wife. Andrey Shapovalov found “spiritual” covering from “apostle” Rick Joyner.
