And this is an intercept of a telephone conversation between the president of the “Customs Union Suppliers” association Oleg Noginsky and a certain Yan Borisovich, carried out by former SBU employees who now call themselves the United Cyber Militia of Donetsk, Lugansk, and Kharkiv regions. The conversation took place on May 10, 2014, at 23:18.

He came and said: “What are you messing around with this Odessa for?” That “Kulikovo Pole” had been there all the time, non-stop… “Come on, give Odessa to me, and it’ll be just like in Dnipropetrovsk.” Like, not a single mouse will stick its head out. They told him: “Alright.”

Yan: He already came to Odessa. He’s been to Odessa.
