Look, at least somewhere order is being restored! Even the blacks have caught on, but we still haven’t!
Muslims are perplexed, who would have thought that in response to Muslim terror, Christians would respond with Christian terror.

Mass expulsion of Muslims in the Central African Republic, populated mainly by Christians

In the predominantly Christian Central African Republic, a mass expulsion of Muslims has begun. Last Friday, several thousand followers of this faith left the capital of CAR, the city of Bangui, in trucks under the protection of soldiers from neighboring Chad.

The convoy moving north was seen off with whistles and applause by Christians lined up along the road. According to Agence France-Presse, a man fell out of an overcrowded truck and was immediately torn apart by the crowd.

The country’s Prime Minister André Nzapayeké, appointed to the post just over two weeks ago, appealed to the population to end the inter-religious confrontation.

“There are people who do not want to see Muslims in the country. But what will begin when they leave? Will Protestants start driving out Catholics, and then Baptists drive out Evangelicals? It is time to restore order and stop pushing the country into the abyss,” quotes ITAR-TASS from the head of government.

Clashes in the Central African Republic began in March 2013, when the Muslim coalition “Seleka” overthrew President François Bozizé and brought to power Michel Djotodia, who had previously headed the CAR’s defense ministry. Muslim rebels began looting and killing Christians, whose representative the deposed head of state was. For the first time in CAR history, followers of Islam took the helm of the state. In response, Christians created the “Anti-balaka” militia.

Under pressure from the international community, on January 10, the first Muslim president of CAR, Michel Djotodia, was forced to resign. He was replaced by interim president Catherine Samba-Panza, who represents the Christian majority. She became the first woman in CAR history to lead the country.

In accordance with a UN Security Council mandate, an African peacekeeping contingent of 5,300 soldiers has been in the Central African Republic since December of last year. They are supported by 1,600 French troops.

Christians form the overwhelming majority in the Central African Republic — 80% of the 4.6‑million population (over 50% Protestant, 29% Catholic). Many of the Muslims, who numbered around 750,000 (15%) before the start of the current inter-confessional conflict in CAR, are fleeing to neighboring Chad and Cameroon.
