Barack Obama’s healthcare bill requires all Americans to have a microchip (or med chip) implanted by March 23, 2013. Frankly, there is not much time left before the deadline. Are America’s medical services ready for such large-scale work? And, most importantly, are the Americans themselves ready to voluntarily and universally implant a microchip — specifically a radio-frequency identifier (RFID) — under the skin on the back of the right hand? This is the subject of an article by Paul McGuire}, a well-known American radio host, television commentator, and author of more than twenty books and several films. We offer you a translation of his article “Will Americans Be Implanted with a Microchip in 2013 Under Obama’s Healthcare Law?” (www.newswithviews.com, www.pakalertpress.com).

The main recent news on AOL and countless other media outlets has been that Obama’s healthcare bill will require all American citizens and their children to be implanted with a microchip or med chip starting March 23, 2013. However, it is still unknown whether the law’s microchip implantation requirement will be carried out in 2013 or not.

In 2010 I published a book called “Are You Ready for Microchips?” in which I asked: “Is the fact of microchip implantation hidden in the healthcare law? Will newborns in 2013 be implanted with microchips immediately after birth?*

Then I wrote the following: in the enormous U.S. healthcare law, which your elected candidates voted for without reading, there is a section titled: “Subtitle C-11 Section 2521 — National Medical Device Registry,” which states: “The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall establish a national medical device registry to facilitate the analysis of the safety of devices in the commercial market that are — (A) used or have been used in or on a patient; and (B) are a class III device; or (II) are a class II implantable device.”

The language of the law is deliberately vague, but it provides the basis for turning America into the world’s first country where every U.S. citizen will have to receive an implanted radio-frequency identifier (RFID), a microchip, for the purpose of medical care monitoring.

In several U.S. states, such as Virginia, protests have taken place under the slogan “stop the mark of the devil law,” trying to stop such bills.

The implantation of microchips is drawing closer every day, in parallel with the “artificial crisis” of illegal immigration. The problems of states like Arizona are creating conditions in which Senators Charles Schumer (Democrat from New York) and Lindsey Graham (Republican from South Carolina) are moving legislation toward requiring all American workers, citizens, and residents to obtain a National Biometric ID Card in order to work in the United States.

Regardless of your opinion on amnesty or immigration, everyone will have a national biometric identity card that will eventually contain an RFID transmitter, giving Big Brother access to electronic databases to track all your personal information.

This is the same national ID card, just under a different name. The national ID card will turn into an implanted microchip, because from a technical standpoint it is more efficient. All this will happen very soon, and it is only the tip of the iceberg.

At one time, President Ronald Reagan refused to sign a law, calling it “the mark of the Antichrist.” In my book “Are You Ready for Microchips?” I examine the wording in the healthcare law that calls for the implantation of med chips and microchips. It was never hidden; the Republicans and Democrats, along with our Orwellian media, simply made a conscious decision to ignore it.

The Bilderberg Group gave the order to microchip the entire U.S. population, and then the rest of the world. Before the healthcare bill was passed, 2013 had been set as the date when every child born in the U.S. would receive a microchip immediately after birth. Many criticize President Obama for this, but although this provision was included in the Obama Health Care Bill, the microchip implantation plan itself was developed several decades ago and accelerated after the events of September 11, 2001.

Unfortunately, evangelical Christians are excellent political pawns in this game because they are more focused on secondary issues than on the really important ones. This is because evangelical Christianity in America today does not have a truly biblical worldview. I really do not want to sound harsh, but the historical reality is that evangelical Christians have played the role of what Lenin called “useful idiots.”

Obviously, this is not what God planned for His people. But in this way Scripture is fulfilled: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Most evangelical Christians in America have a very superficial faith — the result of what is preached in many of their churches and seminaries.

The new microchip technology with the RFID chip is so advanced that it sounds like science fiction. The Apostle Paul explains how it is described in Revelation chapter 13, that the false prophet will lead a single world religion and force people to receive the mark of the beast. An implanted microchip, biochip, or med chip in itself is not necessarily the mark of the beast. Receiving the mark of the beast under the leadership of the false prophet requires a conscious rejection of Jesus Christ as Lord and a commitment to worship the Antichrist as God.

For Christians and other people, the very act of accepting a microchip, biochip, or medical chip will become a challenge because of the existing parallels with the biblical mark of the beast. Will believers be granted a “privilege” in this matter on religious grounds, or will they be faced with a choice — implant the chip or be imprisoned?

Moreover, any microchip technology can be activated with intensified control after its implantation. Thus, what begins as a simple microchip implantation can become a technology where, in the future, you will have to worship the Antichrist as God and reject Jesus Christ as Lord in order to be a participant in the economic system. The ability to insert microchips, along with the development of the microchip technology itself, makes this danger possible.

Ultimately, the simple fact of accepting a microchip implant for medical reasons only appears harmless. However, there is no guarantee that, once implanted, it will not be used for technologies under the mark of the beast. This is the danger and challenge that confront us.

The Reaction of Well-Known Pastors

Pavel Rospotnyuk, pastor of the Slavic Church of Adam Bondaruk “Bethany”: “This is not the seal of the Antichrist”

Sooner or later, microchipping is inevitable. Time is moving toward it. We know that the Antichrist will come to power and there will be a single world government. And to control people, it will be necessary to implant chips. And believe me, this will be done slowly but steadily.

As for Barack Obama’s healthcare law and the introduction of medical chips, I cannot say that this is the mark of the beast and it is time for us to run away. Because, if we think logically, we already have identity cards, medical cards, bank cards, driver’s licenses, etc. In a word, we have long been under state control. And thanks to chips, this process will be much simpler and more effective — on the one hand, and on the other — it will enable total control.

We Christians fear this, but at the same time we are already under control. I do not think that microchips are the seal of the Antichrist. Nevertheless, if I am faced with the question of implanting a chip, I probably will not get one. At least, I have not thought about it yet.

Maxim Maximov, president of the CNL TV channel: “Do not whip up hysteria”

In my opinion, the hype around microchipping is so exaggerated that it is simply no longer funny. I remember when the first barcodes appeared, people said, “Well, there you go, now barcodes will be tattooed on foreheads. And this is the mark of the devil, the number of the beast.” Even corresponding drawings appeared, showing a barcode on a person’s forehead. I do not think that chips are the mark of the beast.

You know, palm and retinal scanning is the most effective database today for information about a particular individual. The question is something else: the chip itself is not powerful enough to transmit information to a satellite. It simply stores information, like a credit card. If you have a credit card with a chip — and today almost all of them have one — then those are the very same chips, only on the card.

So what is the difference between a person who carries a credit card with a chip and someone who has a chip implanted in their hand? There is practically no difference. Everything about you is already known — who you speak to and when, which stores you go to, what you buy, whom you transfer money to, etc.

Therefore, those “prophets” who claim that microchipping is that very biblical prediction are mistaken and are simply whipping up hysteria around this issue.

Alexander Shevchenko, clergyman of the “House of Bread” church: “Decide for yourselves”

I think there is nothing terrible in this, and there is no seal of the Antichrist, as many believers say, in chips. It is simply a sign of the times, unavoidable technical progress, which, unfortunately, is not correctly understood by everyone.

The 2000-year history of Christianity has been accompanied by all sorts of rumors, omens, and predictions. It is enough to recall that the Antichrist has appeared before us now in the person of Napoleon Bonaparte, now Karl XII, now Peter I, now Lenin, now Stalin… Despite all these predictions, Christianity is alive to this day. I believe that this issue should not be brought up for wide discussion and cause agitation. Let everyone decide for themselves — whether to implant a chip or not.

Sergei Yatsenko, artist, public figure from Sacramento: “The church is for chips”

Speaking about myself personally, I am against microchipping. I consider it violence against the individual and control over a person’s life. Government officials claim that the introduction of universal microchipping will bring enormous cost savings. But why should we think about saving state resources?! Let the state save on reducing armaments, on wars in various countries of the world, etc.

And speaking of the Christian viewpoint on microchipping, we see that the church has already agreed to it. The Orthodox Church is for microchipping; only individual monks are still against it. Protestant clergy are also not against it, because if people’s material well-being ends up depending on microchipping, how can they be against it when the financial well-being of the church, and therefore their own, would also suffer? Everything is interconnected here. But how this will be reconciled with the teaching of the Bible, I do not understand.
