ARTICLE UPDATED (2 videos added) The interview of 85-year-old Grigory Avramenko with the well-known apologist and cult specialist Albert Isakov in Maykop caught my attention. Grigory Avramenko, during the fiercest persecution of the church in the USSR, having received blessings from the chief persecutor of the church—the Commissioner for Religious Affairs under the USSR Council of Ministers Kuroyedov and the KGB affiliate—the AUCECB, under the pseudonym “Agntsev” wrote and “disseminated” a book in the form of “samizdat” between 1964 and 1965, which defines the Pentecostal church as a fanatical cult and thereby justifies repression against Pentecostals. The book is written for a religious reader; in it, Avramenko’s theology and views are reinforced, as an argument, by the slander and fabrications of the Soviet media. In 1994, this book was republished for a general audience. The “facts” cited by Avramenko astound with the blatant falsehood and reckless zeal of Soviet atheistic agitprop of the 1960s. Today this book, like a skeleton from the closet, has been pulled from the propaganda’s dusty, stinking basement of the Empire of Evil; the dust of oblivion has been shaken off it—off him—(by Albert Isakov), and it is once again being brought to light to stir up hatred towards Pentecostals.

…. Pentecostals, as a rule, all lead the lifestyle of carnal Christians… they do not abide in the Word of God …..
they do not abide in Christ. The Mystery of Golgotha is not revealed to them, therefore they do not preach Christ Crucified…..
Instead of Christ, they impose on everyone other tongues and a power not subject to God…
All Pentecostals have a very high opinion of themselves in relation to Baptists, and it is good if they recognize them as saved children of God. The feelings of the deceived are inflamed, their mind is fettered, their spirit paralyzed, their conscience burdened and darkened. They love sharp sensations, perverted joys, and “spiritual consolations.” They are usually terribly fearful, believing in the bad, expecting troubles and misfortunes. They pray to God who dwells in them or in the atmosphere, but not to the One who is in Heaven, even when they recite the prayer “Our Father!”. They love to experience the fire of desires, the fire of love, sometimes the fire of passions, and even the fire that consumes all passions… Some believe in the power of Satan and fear him, while others teach that he does not exist. Faith in God does not grow; only the degree of trust in the spirit grows. 2 Thess. 1:3. Whoever among them has learned to discern crude lies and clumsy visions prides himself on his experience. They have no assurance of salvation, but arrogance beyond measure. And therefore they prove with such conviction to those who do not have unfamiliar tongues that they are lost people. A saved person tries to convince another that Christ saved him on the cross of Golgotha by His grace. Eph. 2:8. But an unsaved person convinces others that they are not saved…

32. THE PSYCHE OF PENTECOSTALS
The psyche of unbelieving people differs from the psyche of believers. And the psyche of the deceived differs from both: as a rule, their eyes are cloudy, apologetic, their gaze timid, fearful. Shades of a spirit of fear are reflected on the face. He smirkes for some reason; somewhere, something twitches a little. It is clear that something is not right with him. Shadows of light convulsions flit across his face. He grimaces, wanting to appear spiritual, but he cannot manage it. Then he tries to please you in some way so that you will still recognize him as spiritual, and then, if possible, he will try to make you the same as himself… It is evident that the inner world is disordered, there is no peace in the heart; a certain sickness, unsettledness, and lack of tranquility are felt. The spirit demands one thing, namely, preaching about it, about the baptism of the spirit and receiving unfamiliar tongues… Psychological balance of the soul, rest of the spirit, a calm and steady gaze in the eyes are not observed… Everything in a person moves, wavers, is agitated. Sometimes an expression of dubious joy slips across the face, and sometimes mortal despondency appears… Somehow gradually, sometimes unconsciously, but invariably, the person strives for recognition, for a career, for certain heights, for glory. Amidst all this, a constantly present trait is visible—fear. Fear of man, fear of prison, of betrayal, terror of God’s punishment here on earth and in eternity, fear of blaspheming the Holy Spirit, morbid suspicion, hypersensitivity, exaggeration of the significance of events, frivolity, trust in fantastic rumors. Flattery, man-pleasing, and servility often predominate. Personally, in the city of Bobruisk, after a foot-washing, an elderly brother kissed my feet. I could not understand then what this was, but it meant that the brother had such strong love and highly honored the guest… Pentecostals during times of persecution were extremely guarded and therefore believed every absurd rumor, could take everything wrongly, interpret it in their own way, believe in something that did not really exist. They are very impressionable, often nervous, irritable, and always seek their own; many of them experience a sense of self-accusation, undergo moral self-flagellation, easily fall into panic, especially if a prophet predicts something bad or some kind of threat from the authorities looms…
33. HEREDITARY INFERIORITY
Children of deceived Pentecostals often are born with clear signs of mental perversion. In one family the children are so nervous and irritable, real psychos. They explode for any reason and for no reason, quarrel, cry, fight. In other families, on the contrary, they are sluggish, careless, with strong inclinations toward vices. In still others, they stand out for their mental abilities, but are extremely fearful. And there is no doubt that, according to the law of heredity, the mental state of the parents is passed on to the children. In turn, they are already hereditarily predisposed to the environment of deception and therefore can easily fall into it…
Yess!!! No words! Avramenko has gathered all the nonsense, describing the image of a patient from a special psychiatric hospital, only he forgot to note that the Pentecostal, with a shock of unkempt hair, constantly glances around, holds a bloody axe behind his back, and walks exclusively in a padded jacket and a fur hat with earflaps. But no matter, it’s still ahead!

….Having gathered for the service, they read the Bible, sing, pray. And suddenly one woman shouts out during the prayer: “I want to give birth to Moses,” and another: “I want to give birth to Elijah!” Then presbyter Sergey Sergeevich, in the presence of all, stands up and says: “Sister, come with me!” He leads her into a separate room and spends a certain time with her. The rest, as if nothing had happened, continue to sing holy songs…..
….»Being a church minister, I not only fell into fornication with worldly women, but, inflamed by passions and lusts, having a wife, coming from the ministry, sought not my spouse, but livestock to copulate with. There was an instance when I copulated with a goose…»
….Among them a horrible incident recently occurred: a spirit told a prophetess to call a believing neighbor, who must chop off her right hand. At that moment a miracle would occur: God would heal that hand, and this would serve to the glory of God. And when the invited woman came, the hostess brought an axe, placed her hand on a stool and said: “Chop!” She clutched her head and said: “I will not do this!” Then the prophetess threatened her with the words: “Thus says the Lord, if you do not chop off her hand, then I will destroy you!” Fearing such a terrible punishment, she closed her eyes and, with all her might, chopped. The hand flew aside, spattering both with blood… A cry arose, people came running, they called an ambulance and took the victim to the hospital. The patient was left without a hand. The stump of the hand healed over time. The authorities began to investigate what had happened here. As a result, they charged the prophetess and gave her three years in prison for maiming. And now the local authorities are vigilantly watching so that visiting fanatics do not appear in the city and cause harm to people…

….Cut off ears, nose and tongue… In Central Asia, in one Pentecostal community, the spirit told a young sister to take scissors and cut off her earlobes. She took the scissors, stood before a mirror, and overcoming fear and pain, cut off the tips of one and the other ear. Seeing that the deceived woman was obeying unto “death,” the spirit commanded her to cut off the tip of her nose, which she did. Then he commanded her to cut off the tip of her tongue. All this she carried out exactly. And when she ended up in the hospital, it became clear to everyone that something was wrong with the person. A normal person wouldn’t do this… Moreover, the blessed Holy Spirit cannot push a person to such steps…
…. a woman stood up in the meeting and declared that God had revealed to her that her children were unclean. And God would not bless the church until her children were put to death… Then they all dragged her little ones to a precipice and threw them down. But since they remained alive, they stoned them”…
Avramenko cunningly lies about the Nakhodka church! I lived in Nakhodka from 1962 to 1988, but what he writes — even the Soviet atheist agitprop could not invent.

«In the postwar years in Russia there was a prophecy that Christ would come in 1956. All ready, to the rapture of the church, to meet the Coming Lord, would have to go to Nakhodka Bay in the Khabarovsk Region. And from all cities individual families and persons went, leaving their property and apartments. About two thousand people gathered there. The authorities tried to return them home. Many returned, but about 400 people remained, hoping that they would still go to heaven on a large white ship. But as history has shown, more than 30 years have passed since then, and Christ has still not come.»
Avramenko! Why distort the already thoroughly slandered history of the Nakhodka church? He lies even where it would be advantageous to tell the truth, even the location he was too lazy to clarify. Not a bay, but the city or port of Nakhodka; not Khabarovsk Region, but Primorsky. (He could have at least written the truth here). Further: The Soviet press wrote not about a coming, but about the Exodus, that Pentecostals were waiting for the Exodus (which successfully took place and what was promised by the Holy Spirit was fulfilled, but Avramenko carefully keeps silent about this). I refute Avramenko’s lie: About the coming not a word, nowhere, nobody, ever wrote or spoke; this is a modern false invention of Avramenko! I understand Avramenko: after the Exodus took place, he corrected, “edited” the book in the new edition of 1994. He turned the Exodus into a coming, and the updated lie went on spreading. On the example of the lie about Nakhodka, there is reason to assert that the horror-story tales about chopping off a hand, copulation with a goose, killing children, conception of “Moses” and “Elijah,” and other clinical delirium of Agntsev have a similar origin and purpose — to confirm the spiritual and moral image of a Pentecostal described by Avramenko himself.
The claim about kissing feet during foot washing is sheer nonsense. I have never heard anything like it. Pentecostals do observe the commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ concerning foot washing. But we see foot kissing only when the repentant woman wept over the Lord’s feet, kissed them, and wiped them with her hair (Luke 7:38). Could it be that before Avramenko some elderly brother in Bobruisk performed such an act of repentance? A highly improbable incident!
40 (forty) books written by Grigory Avramenko-“Agntsev”
The book is written in a psychologically cunning way. At first, teaching is presented on the importance of sanctification and the supremacy of soul salvation and holy living over spiritual gifts, including tongues and prophecies. One cannot disagree with this. This is precisely what is preached in Pentecostal churches, where the issue of being baptized in the Holy Spirit is approached through sanctification and only after it. If this principle is trampled underfoot, I will be the first to oppose the creeping heresy.
But when the reader opens his heart through the sound exposition of Gospel principles, they begin to fill him with what the book was written for — revulsion toward those who receive spiritual gifts. Thus the book moves on to substantiate the falseness of the Pentecostal movement, the practice of speaking in other tongues, and prophetic utterance in the present time. Then come examples of religious frenzy that Soviet propaganda exploited in its struggle against Pentecostals. Such “examples” of madness lead the reader to revulsion and fear of Pentecostal churches and the New Testament teaching on spiritual gifts (what if he starts acting like a goose, or “gives birth to Moses”). And once the reader is sufficiently prepared, he is told about the psychological, mental deficiency and immorality of Pentecostals. Even a change in the genetic code — about heredity. And then distinctive traits of Baptists are offered as the people to whom this book is addressed, in the hope of sowing and reaping hatred toward Pentecostals and using Baptists as allies of the Soviet authorities in this struggle, and more broadly in the fight against religion.
People like Agntsev-Avramenko have practically vanished: many are no longer alive, some hold their tongues and live out their days in oblivion. Those who worked for the godless system and speak about it directly or indirectly, hiding behind the struggle for holiness and purity of the Gospel — practically impossible to find! And here we have such a lucky find. The testimony of a former ???

According to Avramenko, the book was written in 1965 (obviously earlier) and was distributed in handwritten form throughout Ukraine and Moldavia. The book supposedly ended up in Moscow, with the Commissioner for Religious Affairs in the USSR, Kuroyedov. He was supposedly summoned to Moscow because of this book, and Kuroyedov suggested that the brothers excommunicate him from the church so that he could be tried, because the AUCECB union included both Pentecostals and Baptists, and the book was causing a schism. The brothers defended him: AUCECB General Secretary (Judas) Bychkov and Senior Presbyter for Moldavia (Judas) Karl Stanislavovich Sedletsky. (These Judases all share the same stamp: “They almost, as good as put him in prison” — a well-known tall tale!)
Grigory Avramenko was a Pentecostal prophet for 19 years. The elders washed feet and kissed them. This occurred especially in the city of Bobruisk. Grigory was considered a luminary among Pentecostals: I was a preacher, a prophet, saw numerous visions like stars in the sky, spoke in many foreign languages: Spanish, German, and others. It amazed everyone that he was so spiritually gifted. He trusted this spirit as the truth and submitted to it as God. He had a wife who was more sensible than Grigory, while he was very naïve and trusting. (As far as I know: there are no naïve prophets!)
“All this time I memorized and recorded the facts in my mind. The actions that this spirit produced — I heard much, saw much, and wrote down much on paper, sort of for analysis” (For a report). “And my wife tells me, what kind of spirit is this if it does such things as telling someone to cut off a piece of ear, nose, or tongue, and the person cuts.” Grigory heard instances where women killed their children under the spirit’s command.
The Holy Spirit told him inwardly to write the book, yet he said that these fanatics (Pentecostals) would kill him! The “Holy Spirit” said there was no one else to write (- falsehood and spite are not within everyone’s ability). He lived in the settlement of New Aneny, halfway between Bender and Chisinau. He rented a room from a Baptist sister in Odessa and, under the pretext of rest, wrote 15 hours a day for half a month. The Odessa brothers helped with the writing as best they could, typists worked! He was summoned to Moscow concerning the book. There the brothers and General Secretary Bychkov asked him why he had called himself Agntsev. He explained that he knew what was coming to him, so he took a pseudonym.
Avramenko, by his own account, was in captivity, in hypnosis of the “Pentecostal spirit” when his reason and will were blocked. His rejection of the baptism of the Holy Spirit, of other tongues, and of his own false prophesying dates to 1964, along with his transition to the Baptists.
When beginning to answer questions about the correctness of Pentecostal and charismatic teaching, Grigory Avramenko stresses the importance of the issue and the danger of sinning through many words, and, supposedly for this reason, reads his answers from a paper he had prepared in advance. After reading his arguments, Avramenko becomes self-assured, begins to clap, stretches out his hands, speaks about Christians having angels and cherubim assigned to them. Such actions are not characteristic of Baptists. In this way the man showed his true face. Most likely he is familiar with charismatic teaching and tries to imitate it. (But why?)
When Albert delivers a praise song about Avramenko in Christ Jesus, Avramenko’s face changes abruptly, he covers it with his hand and vividly breaks into sobbing. The same thing happened at a service in the «Вифезда» church in Vancouver when they wanted to excommunicate «Bishop» Nikolai Koryakov — for visiting sex bars. Koryakov then also theatrically covered his face with his hand and cried out in a woman’s voice; «Do not allow, O Lord, that Your garments be torn.» In general, Avramenko’s performance is from the same series of manipulating naïve believers.
Khrushchev’s Persecution of the Church in the 1960s and the Writer Avramenko
Grigory Avramenko left the Pentecostals and became a Baptist writer.
Avramenko himself admits to his destructive activity among the Pentecostals as a «naïve» false prophet, and he was unbothered by the KGB, which had an enormous staff of trained officers and informants to neutralize the activists and leadership of the church. Instead, he lives and prospers — writes a book!(?) And he blasphemously reproaches the Pentecostals who fell under Soviet repression for being afraid of persecution and prison. And this at a time when they could simply be killed on the street, have their children taken away, or be imprisoned for preaching the gospel. The authorities beat out confessions, and when they failed, they resorted to the help of people like Avramenko, that is, they fabricated accusations based on pre‑prepared stereotypes of a Pentecostal. Avramenko writes a little book about «fascists», murder-breathing fanatics — the Pentecostals. He praises the authorities for protecting the population from murderers and perverts — the Pentecostals. (Truly — a spiritual pervert)
In 1960, the General Secretary of the CPSU Central Committee, Nikita Khrushchev, announces timeframes to be done with religion and promises to show the last believer on TV by 1980. In accordance with the plan of the party leadership, the state machine began to work: two new articles were added to the Criminal Code in the republics (227 and 142 of the RSFSR or 209 of the Ukrainian SSR). Article 227, part 2.3, was intended for the Pentecostals. In the same 1961, a resolution is issued in the name of the Politburo of the CPSU Central Committee on the preventive persecution of sectarian churchmen; this resolution was sent to all republics, oblasts, and krais: to begin a full-scale persecution of the Protestants, especially the Pentecostals. The uniqueness of the decree: a certain percentage of believers was to be repressed, thereby creating an effect of preventative intimidation.. But that is not all! The entire population of the USSR was drawn into the repressions — in order to create an atmosphere of hopelessness and futility for believers. For a more effective launch of the repressions and with the aim of justifying these repressions, the USSR propaganda machine began to produce films (for example, the overtly anti-Pentecostal film «Clouds over Borskoe» of 1960), to publish anti‑religious books and brochures, and to intensify atheistic lectures in clubs, educational institutions, and at workplaces. In order for the repressive machine to work and for everything to look plausible, traitors (Judases) and provocateurs from among believers were needed.
False prophets were especially in demand…. (Such as Avramenko — «Agntsev»)
For example, Fyodor Myachin from Nakhodka. He was a fairly talented preacher (his favorite figures of speech, for example, were: «As it pleases God… Let us listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit… And have you inquired of… We will place everything upon our Lord…» In general, these stock religious phrases were for him like the swear words of a foul‑mouthed person to connect speech. They served as a screen, so that no one could think that behind them hid a Judas and a provocateur. Myachin also wrote a book «How I Broke with the Pentecostal Sects,» in which he devotes considerable space to criticizing tongues and revelations. Following the publication of the anti-Pentecostal book, also in the 1960s just like Agntsev, Myachin was taken around to clubs and enterprises; for several years he spoke on the radio with anti‑religious and anti‑Pentecostal lectures. Then this Judas safely obtained refugee status and moved to the USA!(?) Until recently, he was a member of a Pentecostal church of the Bondaruk brotherhood under pastor Veniamin Shevchenko in Woodburn, Oregon.
There were many such Judases, in order to justify the repressions, and on the whole the genocide; they tried to find a Judas in every church.
It was precisely at this time — the time of the Church’s Golgotha — at the height of the repressions, when the tears and blood of the saints were shed, when thousands of believers went through stages, prisons and camps, psychiatric hospitals, when children became orphans with their parents still alive — children were taken away for religious upbringing. Sentences were as follows: «The children born are to be taken away upon reaching the age of one year.» (From the sentence of the Boev family from Nakhodka for 1962).
When Judases were in demand to justify the above, that is, the extermination of the church.

During this satanic bacchanalia, like a gift, like anointing oil on the hands of the executioners of God’s children and the church, like a hellish symphony drowning out the cries beneath the altar. Onto the stage of history, by the way, as timely as never before — pops out, like a jack‑in‑the‑box, Avramenko‑«Agntsev» with his book!(?) You have read the image of a Pentecostal described by him.
What is this? Coincidence? He was a spiritual pervert and suddenly saw the light? And so timely and convenient?
His feigned fear of «fanatics»-murderers (the Pentecostals), as he put it, is barefaced lie to cover up his Judas‑slander. When brothers, precisely in order not to take up arms or participate in violence, refused military service to fulfill the commandment «thou shalt not kill,» and received camp terms, his words simply look blasphemous!
Isn’t it madness that, at a time when the authorities were searching and working to find provocateurs and Judases with whose help the church in the USSR was being destroyed, this one shows up on his own(?) to discredit his co‑religionists, and driven by «the holy spirit»? What kind of spirit is this? That the interests of this spirit precisely coincided with the decree of the CPSU Central Committee for the final destruction of religion in the USSR!
What a valuable provocateur!!!
How was it possible, at a time when Pentecostals were imprisoned on a percentage-based quota, looking for a pretext to repress, and when they didn’t find one, fabricating charges through provocateurs, while the widely known Pentecostal “prophet” Grigory Avramenko not only wasn’t imprisoned for tongues and prophecies and sorcery, but, as if nothing were wrong, was writing his memoirs! His great apologist and sect-exposer was invited to the top echelons of the KGB affiliate—the All-Union Council of Evangelical Christians-Baptists (VSEKhB). Avramenko doesn’t even mention the KGB or his contacts with that organization. On the contrary, he speaks and writes about bloodthirsty, fascist-like Pentecostals who sought his life, and it was after them—those criminal sectarians—that the KGB hunted (and Avramenko helped them).
Grigory Avramenko clearly understood whose side he was working for, whose mill he was turning water to, which millstones he was turning, and who was under those millstones.
For example: In those years, Ivan Fedotov was sentenced to his first term. A provocatrice screamed at a meeting that Fedotov intended to sacrifice her daughter, and immediately, out of nowhere, a police squad appeared and… journalists!(?) Fedotov was given 10 years imprisonment without delay. (It seems the accusation scenario was copied from Adav’s book, excuse me—Avramenko-Agntsev’s). In our city of Nakhodka in those years, a woman provocateur “believed” and demanded to be baptized immediately in an ice hole, even though it was winter. She argued that she might die any day. Deacon Raylyan agreed to baptize her at her request in an ice hole in winter. After that she “got sick” with pneumonia and “turned” to the police, accusing the Pentecostals of fanaticism. Raylyan was sentenced to 5 years (later he began cooperating with the KGB and registered a church) and Deacon Bobarykin to 3 years for complicity (now Bobarykin lives in Oklahoma). In our Nakhodka, 32 people were convicted.
The uniqueness of Avramenko-Agntsev’s life is that if compromising material was gathered even on ordinary members, then on a prophet—all the more so, especially after 1960. There must even have been information gathered on him—how many times he went to the toilet, how he looked at someone, how many times he ate. And what he prophesied to whom—that, as they say, was commanded by Satan himself! Especially for a “prophet” of such stature that people even kissed his feet! If they had nothing on him (which is impossible for a false prophet), then information must have been gathered on his relatives. In KGB language that’s called “finding an approach for recruitment” (it seems they found it, and found it long ago). But here there’s no need to look—he incriminated himself, and with his book he outlawed an entire denomination, handed it over to the atheist slaughter, and justified the repressions!(?)
And what! Avramenko convinces his readers: These Pentecostals are the dregs of Soviet society—insane, degenerates, imbeciles, perverted fanatics, sodomites and those who commit bestiality, and others—capable of killing children and self-mutilation. What a treasure trove for atheist communists: Judas himself came with a kiss—that is, with a book! And that kiss proved fatal for some! Dyavalov, pardon—Avramenko-Agntsev, in his book appears as the devil’s advocate, as the confessor of executioners, and absolved them of the sin of murdering the church!
Agntsev-Avramenko doesn’t even mention the KGB. He writes his book from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. with a half-hour walk break (what a strict schedule) over two weeks (anyone who has written knows that producing 100 pages of printed text in two weeks is not so simple). He says he writes in Odessa, supposedly on vacation, renting an apartment from a “sister” (a Baptist of the VSEKhB, but certainly not from a sister of the “fascist” Pentecostals, as he called them).
Within three days he was supposed to submit his passport for registration as a vacationer.
But what does the KGB do? The KGB turns a blind eye to the “great Pentecostal” false prophet. Under the KGB’s very nose such a flurry of activity:
“Brothers” come to the writer Agntsev-Avramenko’s apartment with materials on Pentecostals! Typists are working! In short, the manufacturing process is going on under careful supervision. If you lived in the USSR you know how hard it was to get a typewriter, how the KGB fought samizdat! All typewriters had serial numbers and were strictly accounted for! A person could end up in prison. Here, everything remains “unnoticed” for the Pentecostal criminal (under Soviet law) false prophet Avramenko, yet his booklet reaches Kuroyedov, the Commissioner for Religious Affairs under the USSR Council of Ministers (such was the high position of the Judas and KGB agent Agntsev-Avramenko!)
But things followed a different scenario: Avramenko received an order for a book from the secret services, coordinated the strategy with the VSEKhB, got the blessing and review from the Commissioner for Cults, Kuroyedov. After that he was provided with a staff of “brother” consultants, a brigade of typists, and the hellish kitchen in Odessa began to boil.
And all this against a backdrop where the KGB was seeking such false prophets to have a pretext to declare Pentecostals fanatics. But they didn’t find any, so they infiltrated provocateurs into the churches, sent paid false prophets and prophetesses (like Valya and Luiza in Nakhodka).
Avramenko preaches to Baptists being baptized
In fact, the question arises: was Avramenko ever a Pentecostal, and if he was—then he was a prophet-provocateur who was exposed by Pentecostal brethren, possibly after the “mission” he carried out for the KGB among Pentecostals. Avramenko-Agntsev was sent to the Baptists with a new assignment, especially since at that time the resistance movement was growing among Baptists against the KGB’s affiliate VSEKhB, and in 1961 the unregistered Council of Churches was formed, drawing Baptists who did not wish to participate in harlotry with the godless.
Returning to writer Agntsev-Avramenko’s trip to Moscow:
Kuroyedov orders the General Secretary of the VSEKhB, the Judas Bychkov, to excommunicate Avramenko.

And so, let us listen to the passions of Judas: Kuroedov instructs Bychkov to excommunicate Avramenko… in order to imprison him! Wow! What a hero! The Soviet authorities never took the church into account, but here they are asking for the removal of membership in order to imprison! Complete insanity! Here, Judas is scaring the easily faithful, or he has completely lost his sense of reality of that time, and most likely he confused it with the Communist Party — in which, by all accounts, he was a member. Only members of the Communist Party could not be imprisoned while they were in the party. But here it’s about church membership. Or is this about expulsion from party membership? He lies without restraint. When, who, in which church asked about membership or non-membership? — they were imprisoned without extra words, I say this from personal experience — I myself served two terms.
The insanity intensifies: it turns out they want to imprison him for schism between Pentecostals and Baptists! I am touched! A fight for destruction, yet here is tender care for unity! And what kind of crime is this: inter-church schism?
The General Secretary of the VSEKhB, Bychkov, and the senior presbyter of the VSEKhB for Moldova, Karl Sedletsky (it is also interesting on what grounds this Judas emigrated to the USA and lived in Philadelphia — probably he was a refugee from the persecution of the atheists of the USSR) intercede (!) for Agntsev-Avramenko before the Commissioner for Religious Affairs under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, Kuroedov! The fact is that the Council for Religious Affairs was very closely connected with the KGB and shared information with them. And here the Judases intercede for Agntsev! How is this possible and by what authority did they do this?
The General Secretary of the VSEKhB, Judas Bychkov, asks what kind of pseudonym is Agntsev, under which Avramenko wrote his book. Avramenko says that he could have gotten into trouble if the authorship was under his official name. Of course, he could have gotten into trouble from the bloodthirsty Pentecostals who seek to kill Avramenko. Certainly not from the KGB. Judge for yourselves: the book was written without hindrance and with the assistance of the KGB, and the ‘brothers’ with information and typists, and distributed in ‘samizdat’ throughout Ukraine and Moldova — the author is known and walks free!!! And even meets at a high level in Moscow! Apparently, the Pentecostals have declared a persecution of Avramenko, that he is hiding under the pseudonym Agntsev. And this despite the fact that Pentecostal ministers: presbyters and deacons, except for the Judases, are sitting — in the prisons of the USSR!
A complete bluff by agent Avramenko-Agntsev! By the way, maybe ‘Agntsev’ was a KGB code name for agent Avramenko, similar to the code name ‘Drozdov’ for Moscow Metropolitan Alexy II.
And this is accepted with a bang! among inexperienced modern apologists. Probably the hatred for spiritual gifts is so great that one can accept ‘a little’ slander against Pentecostals, turn a blind eye to the harsh truth of history about the satanic hatred towards believing Pentecostals in the USSR and the skillful incitement of Baptists against Pentecostals.
By his activity, which was and had to be known to the KGB, he falls under articles of the Criminal Procedure Code. 227 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (209 of the Ukrainian SSR) for serving as a false prophet in the church, which was regarded as damaging to health and psyche, under article 142 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (the corresponding article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Moldova I cannot name) for writing religious literature (his book ‘The Holy Spirit and Spirits of Deception in the New Testament Period’ of 1965, which was discussed at the level of the Committee for Religious Affairs under the Council of Ministers of the USSR, is considered religious literature), article 70 for anti-Soviet activity, since the assertion of guidance from the Holy Spirit questions the monopoly of the leading role of the CPSU, article 190 for writing and distributing the book in Ukraine and Moldova, article 210 for involving a group of persons in criminal activity (such as the brothers who helped write the book and the typists).
The sentence that Avramenko would have received in the best case would have been 12 years: 7 years of strict regime (according to the first part of the article for anti-Soviet activity) and 5 years of exile. In the worst case, if the conviction was under the second part of article 70 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR — then 17 years: 12 years of strict regime and 5 years of exile. His activity as a Pentecostal false prophet, against the background of literary religious activity in Baptism, could have been regarded as a recidivism.
If they didn’t imprison him, then it means he was a provocateur. Indeed, of such a scale that he was received at the highest level in Moscow.
Avramenko asserts to Albert Isakov that biblical languages are existing foreign languages. But at the beginning of his story, he tells Albert that he had Spanish, German, and other different languages… How does Avramenko know what languages these were?
Without touching on his teaching, but examining his testimony, comparing it with the facts of the time, the blatant lie of this person is visible. As he was a false prophet among the Pentecostals, so he continues to lie being a Baptist.
Pay attention to how he proves to a stranger, whom he sees for the first time, that he is saved! He says that it cannot be otherwise. Which means he has inner doubt about his salvation. Time to repent for your betrayal, Grigory Avramenko!
It reminds me of the story that happened with Lenin at the end of his life, when, realizing his guilt, he knelt before a stool, a table, and asked them for forgiveness.
How could Albert Isakov, an experienced fighter against heresies, not notice the clapping of hands of Grigory Avramenko with lamentations:
‘Everything is ours: And the angels are ours! And the cherubim are ours!’
Doesn’t this action remind you of the charismatic practice of invoking angels? Perhaps Avramenko-Agntsev’s mission with the Baptists is over, it’s time to head for the charismatics. With the song of Komsomol youth on his lying lips:
‘And eternal battle, rest is only a dream!’

Where is it evident that the Gospel teaches lying to defend the Gospel teaching—the father of lies is the devil, the presence of one excludes the other!
