**Explanatory note to disc No. 1 about the conferences of 2003.**This was the last conference of Razumovsky P.A. with Fedotov I.P.

Speakers: Gelis N.A., Razumovsky P.A., Fedotov I.P., Vorontsov V.G.

Before opening the recording I would like to explain the essence of all the problems before the brotherhood and what documents I handed over to the head Bishop Fedotov I.P. at this conference

1. The conference is opened by Bishop Gelis N.I.

2. In his speech, Razumovsky P. told: “what sufferings and persecutions he endured from the KGB and that Fedotov I.P. is the head Bishop of the unregistered brotherhood of Russia, Germany, the Baltics, and over America, whether you like it or not, but this is a fact and we must submit to him. We have worked together there, so we will work here.

3. Fedotov spoke, he told about the path the unregistered brotherhood followed, then explained the purpose of my arrival, to create an organized episcopal brotherhood. In doing so, he noted that the blessed servant Peter A., I blessed as the head Bishop of the unregistered brotherhood in America and added “The Lord entrusted him with this.” He said: earlier, when Belikh V.I. came, money was stuffed into his pockets; I am not like that, I did not come with a sack. Below, Fedotov stated: “That he baptizes with the Holy Spirit and heals drug addicts.” When finishing his speech, Fedotov suddenly declared: “You will sooner or later depend on Bondaruk and his brotherhood” thus with this statement he turned his entire speech inside out. In addition, he said: “whoever is in registration, these are perished people, this is a harlot sitting on the scarlet beast.”

4. After that, Vorontsov V.G. spoke with questions.

He unfolded the Bondaruk newspaper Vestnik and, pointing, said: “on the first page, a portrait of Hitler, and further a photo – in one companyat the table sit Fedotov and almost hugging pressed to Bondaruk A., on the other side Kotyakov Nikolai with Babiy Zhorik.”

1. Question:Why is Bondaruk A. always next to you and you with him?” Answer: Fedotov explained — Adam was my friend and minister in Krivoy Rog in the past, but then he ran away to Kohtla-Järve. When I was imprisoned, some bishops went into registration this was a massive movement of KGB agents, and Bondaruk also fell there. When I was released, Bondaruk came to me, brought butter, eggs, meat, trying to buy me. Over tea, he asked what do you consider me – I answered him: I qualify you by the Word of God, Mephibosheth was lame, he was asked how this happened – my nurse dropped me. So Bondaruk was also dropped by his nurse, he became lame on both legs. The KGB nurses carried and dropped Bondaruk and he became lame. Long ago it would have been necessary to take a saber and chop off the head of the Bondaruks and all, then he corrected himself only not physically. Those who bring the best sacrifice, they are fined, all convicted, how many are killed there in Siberia, lie in the Siberian land and their graves are unknown. So Adam left with nothing, he was removed from ministry and not restored.

Snapshot 1 (3-20-2013 1-28 PM)

servant Vorontsov Vladimir asks questions to head bishop Fedotov Ivan Petrovich

Note: “Apparently Fedotov did not know that Bondaruk at 17 years old was a KGB agent, for this service he was awarded a gold medal.” Then I show protocol No. 4 about a meeting on the Mount of Olives of 39 ministers, if modestly put at $2000 each, that would be about $80 thousand. As you can see, Bondaruk did not spare church money to achieve his vile goals, but the brothers fell for the freebies. There they signed under the protocol “On agreement, unity and cooperation for the success of the common spiritual work.” But the protocol was drawn up in a Moscow office much later and signed by Fedotov I.P.

Questions asked to the head Bishop Fedotov I. and his answers:

Vorontsov: All the documents from the brotherhood of America were signed by Bondaruk, but not Razumovsky, and everywhere he is with you, especially since you appointed him head Bishop over America. Why did Razumovsky not sign them and he was not with you?

Fedotov: Bondaruk organized this. He has lots of money and we all came to agreement on unity, so I signed. And Razumovsky has neither money nor organization. Yes, Bondaruk will crush you with one snap, because he has money and a crowd.

Vorontsov: What do you plan to do with the sodomite bishop Kotyakov, who ordained almost all the ministers throughout America? Whom you sent here?

Fedotov: We did not send him, I personally was against it. This is what Belikh Viktor Ivanovich did his work, I don’t know why? Obviously it was a national question or money. But this should not be in the bishopric. (This time Fedotov told the truth, I present a copy of this protocol No. 1 that Bondaruk’s ordination is not recognized by the brotherhood of Bishops.)

Vorontsov: As can be seen from the protocols, Bishop Kotyakov Nikolai, a sodomite with experience, confessed this sin before Bishops Belikh V.I. and now your deputy Babiy Zhorik. I ask you to resolve this problem.

Fedotov: Does Babiy know about this?

Vorontsov: In protocols No. 2 and No. 3 which I handed to you, everything is written.

Fedotov: Thank you for the information that I did not know.

Conclusion:**

From the recording it is clear that the answers to the questions are frivolous; Fedotov I.P. manipulates, employing God, Scripture, human emotions, or the response “I knew nothing.” As the presiding bishop of the unregistered brotherhood of the CIS, Baltic states, Ukraine, and America, to the shame of this brotherhood he proved to be unscrupulous and dishonest before God and people. For example: he explains that he knew nothing about the sins of the sodomite bishop Kotyakov N.I. This is untrue; I will present irrefutable facts:

1. All documents about Kotyakov were sent to his secretary, Bishop V. Murashkin, well before this conference.

2. Even when Fedotov I.P. was personally handed the records testifying to the sins of the sodomite Kotyakov, Ivan Petrovich has still not examined this matter and has taken no measures, though 7 years have passed. There you have dishonesty and deception plain to see. And that is not all: in 2008, his deputy bishop Babiy Zhorik came to America twice; Kotyakov N. had earlier confessed the sin of sodomy committed in Ukraine before him, and the same thing happened again in America. So the brotherhood in America presented these documents as fact to Bishop Babiy Zhorik from the so‑called international brotherhood, and you know what he said: “You made all this up yourselves.” And he didn’t even blush; evidently, nothing holy remains in his seared conscience. Thus, through the bishops, sin and departure from the truth have infiltrated the unregistered brotherhood.

What is the reason? It is known: today, the solution to all questions and problems is possible only through big dollars, cronyism, and clannish ties. Bondaruk and Kotyakov N. have these, as Fedotov I.P. testified in this recording.
